What to send before requesting an international quotation
- Installation country and city, delivery address and requested arrival date.
- Running load, motor starting requirements, critical loads and planned future expansion.
- Required voltage, frequency, number of phases and prime or standby operating duty.
- Fuel availability, expected operating hours, ambient temperature, altitude, dust and site access.
- Open, silent, containerized or mobile configuration; ATS, parallel operation and control interfaces.
- Requested trade term, shipment scope, documentation and the party responsible for import clearance.
Africa: site conditions and a documented Nigeria operation
Procurement planning may involve Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Senegal or Côte d’Ivoire. Confirm the actual installation conditions, fuel quality, maintenance access and the scope of spare parts with each project.

Russia and Central Asia: duty, environment and documentation
For enquiries from Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, identify the required operating duty, cold-start conditions, enclosure, fuel specification and project documentation. Product acceptance, transport feasibility and any destination-specific requirements must be checked for the actual transaction; no blanket conformity claim is made.
Middle East: thermal conditions and equipment selection
For Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Qatar, provide the design ambient temperature, altitude, dust exposure, cooling arrangement and ventilation restrictions. The engineering review should confirm applicable derating and enclosure requirements for the proposed model rather than relying on a generic power rating.
Europe: project-specific technical acceptance
For Germany, France, Spain and other European destinations, specify the applicable project standards, noise limits, emissions requirements, electrical interfaces and evidence required from the supplier. Availability of a particular certificate or compliant configuration must be confirmed for the exact equipment; it is not assumed from this page.
Latin America and Asia: confirm the electrical specification
For Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia, or Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia, verify the site's voltage and frequency, load profile, available fuel and installation responsibilities. Country names describe enquiry markets, not a promise of local stock, offices or service centres.
Agree the supply and service boundary
Before ordering, identify who supplies the equipment, installation, foundations, exhaust and fuel systems, commissioning, local inspections, maintenance and replacement parts. Confirm the written warranty, exclusions, response arrangements, required manuals and acceptance tests in the quotation or contract.
